I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and bathroom being well-maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the air conditioning which worked perfectly and was very quiet. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to both the train station and the city center. This made it very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas, such as Pisa and Florence. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to provide assistance and advice. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, with homemade cakes that were absolutely excellent.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our Christmas stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key areas in the city. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of fresh options to choose from.
One of the main drawbacks was the lack of parking space at the hotel. We had to park at a location that was a bit far away, which was inconvenient, especially during the holiday season.

The hotel's central location was amazing! We were just a short walk away from the train station, the town center, and all the shops and cafes. the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to give us good recommendations on where to go and what to see. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic - we loved the freshly baked croissants and pastries.
The hotel was a bit noisy at times, especially at night. We could hear other guests coming in and out of their rooms, and the soundproofing wasn't great.
